Christina Visco (Chris), is a retail and cannabis professional who was issued a license as the only WBE, Woman Owned, medical marijuana dispensary chain in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Chris received the highest score on her application in SE Pennsylvania. In just three years, her operating experience produced the highest volume stores (3) in Pennsylvania serving over 45,000 unique patients. In November 2020, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania issued Chris a second license to operate an additional 3 stores. Chris has also been awarded licenses in Illinois and West Virginia. Chris’ success in the cannabis space is largely based on her 30+ years as a merchant in the retail industry having overseen merchandising operations for 300 stores for a large retail chain. Chris has also owned multiple businesses in the manufacturing/wholesale industry as well as a marketing firm. Chris begins any operation by recruiting, mentoring, and developing a highly experienced team bringing both cannabis experts and retail/business professionals together. The team participates in a rigorous training program designed to develop processes and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance in every market where she operates. With a passion for philanthropy, Chris operates 2 non-profits surrounding the marijuana industry, education, and victims of the war on drugs. In each community where Chris operates, she begins with fostering relationships in the community through charitable donations, volunteer efforts, financial and physically supporting drug treatment, homeless shelters and victims of domestic violence. Chris was awarded with Philadelphia Business Magazine’s philanthropy award in 2020 due to her nonprofit association with Th Urban League of Philadelphia. Both nonprofits will serve the communities of Ohio prior to award of a license. Open to buy budgets, SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis, long range 5-year plans, long range KPI (Key performance initiatives),5-year cash flow analysis and stock to sales ratios by grower, category, and product. Track patient count projections, average transaction time per patient, for staffing purposes, ensuring exemplary patient focused care. Create a daily sales tracker which projects daily sales and sales plan, average retail per transaction, patient count for this year vs. last year vs. Plan. Implement product assortment analysis tools to maintain appropriate inventory level by weeks of supply and inventory turn ensuring a “first in, first out” principal to maintain fresh inventory by product and batch. Require daily, weekly and monthly inventory audits to ensure inventory integrity and prevent diversion. Retail Operations - Ensure compliance with Ohio code 3796, and all other federal, state and local laws and regulations. Oversee education protocol for all regulatory compliance, security, cannabinoid and terpene training and all company SOPs. Ensure quarterly continued education with medical professionals, education directors to promote responsible use of cannabis and team building. Oversee a seasoned team of retail professionals and medical professionals and all operations. Preserve, protect and maintain all security protocols and audits required by Ohio code 3796. Establish and oversee 24/7 patient support for the Ohio patient population directed by our medical professionals. Recordkeeping - Ensure all transactions are captured within the established seed-to-sale (STS) software program, Metrc. Establish inventory control and auditing to prevent diversion. Maintain financial records for the entire operation which will be made available immediately upon request by the department. Manage and secure all required logs pertaining to visitors, patients and caregivers as well as all other records required by the department. Maintain and preserve all delivery manifests, purchase orders, and product returns if applicable and produce documents immediately upon request. Maintain all security records including camera footage for a period of 2 years, far exceeding Ohio code 3796, which will be made available to the department immediately.
